Mercantile Hotel

 

All of our California hotel rooms at McCloud River Mercantile have historic architectural interiors. A full breakfast is served with every room, and fresh flowers greet you upon your arrival. We are located in the historic downtown district of McCloud in Northern California near Mount Shasta. 

 

We offer unique weekend lodging packages for a special getaway. The hotel is next to the Shasta Sunset Dinner Train, and you can shop at the Mercantile or dine at The White Mountain Fountain right here in the hotel! For your comfort, all rooms are air conditioned and have private bathrooms.

 

Many of our rooms include king size beds, feather down comforters, whirlpool or claw foot tubs, and exquisite historical designs.  Several of them have double vanities and a separate water closet. Our bathroom floors have radiant heat to keep your feet warm during the winter months.

 

We also offer two suites that are handicap accessible for our disabled guests or seniors. These large rooms have many of the special amenities of the other guestrooms.
